Veronica at 8 weeks

I've found the video of Hamilton meeting Veronica (yay!), but I still have to format it. So that post is coming.

But...I got a little photo shoot in with Veronica today while Hamilton was taking a (increasingly rare) nap. The photo quality isn't the best, but you'll see that she's got quite a few expressions going at this point.

Also, we went for a fruit run today (yes, a grocery trip just for fruit--it's kind of a necessity around here), and Veronica insisted on facing away from me. She really wanted to take in what was going on. She didn't give any smiles away, but she was intently watching anything that moved for quite a while before snuggling for a good nap.

I know we still haven't posted any "Hamilton and Veronica" pictures or the video of them meeting. Hopefully, those will be coming. Today, though, I thought I would post videos of each of them from this morning doing what they like to do.

Here's Hamilton giving a little performance to himself. He announces the song at the beginning and then ends by telling me that it's a "tar" (guitar).

And here's our sweet Veronica doing what she does best. I didn't catch a whole lot of her neck strength, but she loves tummy time, so she gets quite the workout several times a day.
